Apple introduces Clean Up feature that removes unwanted background elements from your photos

Clean Up is an artificial intelligence (AI) tool developed by Apple. You may have heard of Google’s Magic Eraser or Adobe’s Generative Fill technology. This tool does exactly that.

It allows you to easily remove unwanted objects from your photos, distracting elements from the background, or just anything you don’t want there. And it makes doing so very easy.

Using this feature is pretty simple. When you select any photo in the Photos app, click on the edit button and you’ll see a new Clean Up button. It has a small eraser icon on it.

If there is an object in your photo that can be clearly deleted, it will be highlighted automatically. You can simply click on the highlighted object and as if by magic, you can delete it from the photo.

If the Clean Up feature does not automatically recognize the object you want to delete, do not worry. You can also use this feature manually by drawing a circle on the photo or marking a specific area. This way, you can easily remove the desired object from your photo.

Clean Up is a tool specifically designed to clean up small objects or simple background elements. If your background is clear and uncluttered, the results are truly impressive. However, when you want to remove a large person or object from the foreground of a photo, the process can get a little trickier, especially if there’s clutter in the background.
